Removing a 47” Oak Tree with a Crane
This is one of the times where we use a crane to protect a homeowners house from the potential damage that could result from us removing a leaning tree that leans back over a house. There are times and situations where using a crane is a must. When large pieces of wood hangover the house and roping could cause damage to the house we use a crane to insure safety to the customer and to our crew. In the photo below we removed a 47 inch Oak Tree that had numerous dead limbs and leaned back over our customers house. First we removed the dead limbs to prevent any of them falling off the tree and creating holes in the roof. Then we backed the crane in and went to work. We also trimmed a large White Oak Tree that over hanged the back of his house, grind-ed the stump and removed the stump mulch. We completed this job in one day.

Thank you so much for helping me with my insurance company. I was so overwhelmed when the tree fell threw my upstairs. You all really helped me in my time of need. I have you on speed dial now.Anne Holloman, Green Run - Virginia Beach, Virginia
I had 6 large 70' Pine Trees removed and 4 smaller trees, 10 total. Their estimate was $4650 to remove the trees and stumps. They got to keep the wood. They own their own equipment and had 4-7 people here at times to get the job done in 2 days. I am still trying to figure out how they profited compared to the other bids...my guess is that its becasue they own their own equipment and dont have to rent it and they kept and sold the wood (instead of crushing it into mulch). They hauled it off in huge sections. They did a wonderful job. They were so professional and their clean up was sooooo awesome. I would not use anyone but this company if I ever need another tree cut down. They were way cheaper and so professional. Note....my other 2 estimates were for 10k and 11k and they wanted to leave 3 huge piles of mulch in my yard and told me I could put a sign out front so people to come pick up.)J. Allen Milisitz
This company is seriously amazing! We called them and they came out to quote for free. We were happy with the quote so set up a day to clean up an old oak in our front yard. It took them less than two hours to do the work and they cleaned up everything. They are quick and priced decently. I highly recommend!Nicole St.Hilaire from Google
I was thinking of getting a couple limbs trimmed around my yard. Your skilled estimator advised me that we should really look at removing the tree next to my house, due to some bad spots in the tree. I thought he was trying to sell me more than what needed to be done. I said thanks but asked for a price to trim it. 2 weeks later in a afternoon thunderstorm the tree split apart and missed my house by inches. I called Advance Tree Care and they showed up the next morning to remove the tree so I could get my car out of my driveway. I should of listen to you 2 weeks ago. Thanks againRoss Hartig, Norfolk, VA
I highly recommend this company. Bill was awesome and quoted me the same day I asked for an estimate. I was scheduled within a week or so, a little storm named Matthew got in the way! They came here promptly at 7:30 to remove my huge River Birch (4' diameter at the base), another dead tree & trim my pecan & oak (also large). These guys were like surgeons the way they dismantled that birch and there were lots of obstacles for them. The whole crew had a great attitude the entire day. They raked and cleaned up every spec of evidence, truly amazing. I am a hard nut to impress and this company has earned my respect. Kudos Guys and thank you so much for the fantastic job!Wendy From Google
